The National Reference Centre and National Reference Laboratory for Antimicrobial Resistance has produced or contributed to several types of scientific papers (peer reviewed articles, national and international reports, technical documents and guidelines, books) in the field of bacterial pathogens (animal pathogens, zoonotic pathogens) and related antimicrobial resistance.

Population-based / epidemiological studies on emergence, prevalence, genotyping and molecular characterization, including the genetic basis of antimicrobial resistance in major bacterial pathogens were the main topics of the numerous peer reviewed research papers written or co-authored by the NRL-AR that were published by international Journals.
