A consumers’ survey to improve honey traceability

The compilation will take only a few minutes! The questionnaires will be available for compiling until December 1st 2019.
This activity is part of the WP7 “New traceability system” of the BPRACTICES project and is promoted by the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia and the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety, with the support of the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie in Italy.
The questionnaire has already been administered in Italy; data collected in Austria and Slovenia will allow the comparison of potential differences and similarities among these three European Countries.
